Happy Howwzer
What are “Happy Howwzer’s” made from? — When a steel insulated door is manufactured and a window is to be inserted in the door (i.e. French door, patio door) the manufacturer must cut the center of the door out in order to insert the window. This creates a cut-out panel approx. 35″x22″. This panel has 28 gauge metal on both sides as well as 1 3/4″ of insulation sandwiched in the center. We receive these new panels and through a process we developed, the panels are cleaned, grooved, and interlocked together to make a “Happy Howwzer”.
Why - Manufacturers are aware of recycling issues and are constantly looking for ways to re-use/recycle their waste. Happy Shacks was asked to find a way to re-use these panels and “viola”, the Happy Howwzer is the result. |
